Holly Leonidoff BSN, RN, CWOCN, brings over 17 years of expertise as a home health nurse specializing in wound and ostomy care. Renowned for her remarkable problem-solving and patient-centered approach, she excels in guiding new ostomy patients through challenging home environments. Serving at three institutions simultaneously, her commitment to expanding expertise positively impacts numerous patients. Holly's passion extends beyond direct patient care, involving advocacy for evidence-based treatment plans, mentoring WOC students and colleagues, and active engagement with peers and physicians. A trailblazer in telehealth, she provides expert virtual consultations, expanding access to quality care, particularly in remote areas. Holly's dedication is further evident in her authorship of published blogs, contributions to national presentations, and continuous pursuit of the latest trends in wound, ostomy, and continence care. Her outstanding contributions, marked by expertise, compassion, and dedication, position her as an inspiring asset to the WOCN profession, earning acclaim both locally and nationally.
